Holagent Europe focuses on tools to automate process deployment and software engineering training to facilitate rapid process improvement. Our value added is the professional service of our consulting engineers who are process literate and experienced with the deployment issues associated with inserting software tools in support of your process. Their aim is to achieve a technology transfer enabling your engineers to take ownership of the improvements.

John Mills is Managing Director of Holagent Europe and one of the founder members of the company. John started his professional career as a software sales engineer working in the aerospace and defence industry. Before setting up Holagent Europe he was European Vice President for Ascent Logic Inc.

Bob Briggs is a Principal Consultant with Holagent Europe responsible for technical support of Holagent's range of system development and management tools. He has over 25 years experience in information systems engineering as both a practitioner and as a manager, working primarily in defence, aerospace and transportation. During his career he has gained a reputation for deploying innovative and effective approaches for achieving system delivery.

Paul Hicks is Principal Engineer with Holagent Europe responsible for the pre-sales technical support of Holagent's range of system development and management tools. He has 25 years experience in designing and delivering large complex systems, working primarily in defence and aerospace.

Dr Peter Lappo is an experienced IT Consultant with a track record of delivering quality software in the investment banking and financial industries. During his 19 years in the IT industry he has had roles in development, systems analysis, and project management using technologies like C++, Java and SQL. Since 2000 he has been using and promoting agile methods including presenting papers at XP2002 and a workshop at XP2004. He founded and runs an agile user group in Sussex.
