Meeting the software challenge of the Glastonbury Festival Holagent Europe's consulting services partner Lamri invite you to a free seminar taking place at the Geological Society at Burlington House on the 23rd May 2005 . Read more ...
Holagent Europe and Lamri are sponsoring a free seminar: Metrics and governance are often thought of as the poor cousins of software process improvement, much too hard and with little return. Strangely enough this could not be further from the truth. This seminar will explore through actual experience how a small set of carefully chosen measures can engage the programme sponsor by linking business objectives to concrete measurable software process improvements.
The seminar features presentations from Phil Stubbington of Exel and John Evans of Lamri. Phil has extensive experience of metrics to gain better governance over IT projects and services. Phil promises that the approach he takes in this seminar is one you're unlikely to have experienced before! John has a wealth of process improvement experience gathered across telecoms and defence. His simple down to earth approach to linking business objectives to project metrics provides a powerful tool to kick-start the process improvement programme. To request seminar tickets please write to us via our contact form and we will send you a full set of joining instructions.
